Only 20 minutes away from La Défense in Paris, in a very nice postal relay full of history, and very well kept, close to Lac d’Enghien, you will find a little restaurant with an enchanting décor, looking comfortable and relaxing. La Bonne Auberge is in fact the good news of this region, because we were waiting for a quality establishment here, and it is most welcome now that it’s here! Quality welcome first of all and then attentive service by Anne Laure Guerton, the hostess. She has been to hotel school and from that time she kept a liking for wine. She can really give you excellent advice when choosing your bottles, and her list is very full and very balanced, bravo! La Bonne Auberge offers two levels, for couples who want a romantic meal close to the fire place, or for larger parties who prefer a banquet solution on the first floor. And there are also some private and semi private dining rooms, perfect for groups, business meals, family receptions. The large fire place keeps the atmosphere warm and gives this nicely decorated place all the ambiance it needs. In the kitchen we find Ludovic Guerton and he applies here all the precious lessons learnt at Fauchon, Chez Potel or Chabot, and even at the top of the Eiffel Tower, at Jules Verne… He only wants to offer what is good and what is beautiful, and we thank him for that, he composes a cuisine that is a feast for your taste buds, creative and traditional at the same time… The ideal gourmet menu is composed and renewed according to the seasons, offering a number of home made specialties, a pleasure for all taste buds. This is clearly an ideal gourmet favourite!
