At the heart of the very popular city of Lille, close to the theatre with the same name, you will find Le Sébastopol on the corner of a street.

Jean Luc Germond and his wife Nicole offer a dazzling gourmet break all year round. The Chef was Maître Cuisinier de France in 1996, and he has been expressing his creativity with a lot of passion for a number of years now. He is originally from Normandy, but he managed to adapt to the region while not forgetting his roots! Jean Luc Germond belongs to the Chefs in the Lille region who have the most experience, but who are also the most innovative, and he belongs to the famous Prosper Montagné Club, the motto of which is: you can make something good only with excellent ingredients.
