The cuisine is an invitation to travel, to discover new flavours. Contrasts, scents, colours and flavours, the Chef masters it all with a lot of imagination and passion. But don’t believe that his modernity means treason of the local traditions. Our Chef is a member of the association “Escales Gourmandes”, and he really loves his region, paying tribute to it in his creations.
