The East of Paris does not have many a gourmet restaurant on offer, they are usually located more in the Western parts of the capital but here comes a most welcome exception, « Murano » that everybody has heard or read about.

The cuisine composed by Chef Loïc Montel is authentic, he likes to revisit the classics taught by his ancestors. The Chef is originally from Auvergne, and he still has a strong taste for his region and for sauces in general. This craving for quality is what puts him in the way of the most prestigious establishments, for instance famous restaurant La Maison Blanche. This Chef really want to test your curiosity by composing simple dishes, selecting products of impeccable quality. Murano offers healthy cuisine, light, refined and creative.
