The East of Paris is not really full of restaurants, especially gourmet ones, so it is really good news that Murano chose to locate here, it is a much talked about place.
Far away from trendy establishments that are not at all what's in anymore, here is an establishment that you will want to get to know better, for the place itself as much as for the cuisine. This is a modern temple, deying the rules of the Golden Triangle, opening up close to République. A large dining room, very sober and very 70's, opening up to the garden and back yard, under a glass roof and heated by a very original wall of fire. All this is thought through to give unexpected effects, and it works! Changing lights, metal tables, comfortable plum coloured seats, Murano crystal on the walls, it is all here.
And the good news are on your plate as well, no doubt about that. Here is a place like no other... Two Chefs complement each other, they wanted to make this original place one where you eat well too, and it's a success. The welcome and service are also of excellent quality, and all of Paris is here...
The ideal gourmet brunch menu is organized around different buffets, sweet and savoury, and it is a true festival, you should really choose a strategy if you want to taste all the dishes and not skip some.
So come to Murano!
