In January 2006 Antoine Westermann took over, he is a well known Chef from the Alsace region who earned 3 stars in the Michelin guide. Since then Drouant is becoming once more the place to be in gourmet Paris, and we are of course delighted. The place is the ultimate refinement: comfortably seated in chocolate coloured leather armchairs, you will be able to admire magnificent engravings or art photographs, hung on the cream coloured walls. Crystal lights, magnificent wood work, your eyes will not know where to rest... And should you like your loved ones or your professional relations to enjoy such a lovely place, you can always privatise one of the 5 private dining rooms on the first floor. It is worth it almost only for the staircase leading there, designed by Ruhlmann... This is a peaceful haven, Drouant is playing the card of elegance, in a slightly retro spirit, inside as well as outside on the terrace that you will be able to enjoy as soon as the weather allows.
