Parisian embassy of Scandinavian cuisine, the Maison du Danemark is home to the gourmet restaurant Copenhague and to the Flora.
On the ground floor, Flora Danica is a place for meeting people, and it is also a gourmet rendez vous, well known on the Champs Elysées. Those who like Danish cuisine have been coming here since 1973! Flora Danica has been awarded a whole range of prizes over the years, among which the Marianne “flavours of France” for best foreign restaurant. The dishes are of Scandinavian tradition, the preparations are subtle, the mix of Danish and French flavours is to be tasted in original settings with several atmospheres: winter garden, large dining room with big cosy seats that are ideal to share some gossip, gardens in harmonies of green and white. The whole thing was created by Claire Euvrard, a decorator, helped by Helle Damkjaer for the Danish design, and by Eric Picard for the garden part. As for the cuisine, we have a surprising team of 25 cooks, surprising by their dynamism and the quality of the dishes they prepare. Special attention is brought to presentation, and the quality is truly remarkable. Innovation and quality are key words here, it is an exceptional place for friends to meet, for a business meal, or a place outside at the heart of the golden triangle. Attentionate and devoted service! The ideal gourmet brunch menu is a delight for your eyes and your taste buds, with beautiful compositions you can only find at Flora Danica, or in the Nordic countries, an adventure you will want to try!
An ideal gourmet favourite!
