The Chef, Franck Quinton, grew up at Manoir du Lys* and he worked at Lutétia in Paris before coming home to the family establishment where he is now working his magic with love and passion. His gourmet cuisine is from the region, but it has some very welcome creative touches to it too. Flavours, scents, everything is important to our Chef, and that is precisely why his cuisine is so influenced by nature when he creates, invents and offers new dishes. In all simplicity he just loves to please his guests, and with a tasting menu by ideal gourmet, he offers a gourmet escape at the heart of charming and poetic natural surroundings.
