it all becomes real… Marie Christine Klopp is very faithful to her kitchen,
and she makes local gourmet tradition live on. The famous Michelin Guide naturally
knows how to recognize talent, having given this establishment a Michelin star
for two generations now. They largely deserve it… For Marie-Christine «taste
is gourmet cuisine, the passion for true flavours, authentic ones and it is first
and foremost my best means of expression». In her cuisine we will find the
seasons reflected. She composes five different menus each year, one for each season,
and one for the «Week of flavours». This is clearly a passion for
