Daniel Ettlinger’s cuisine – he was taught at prestigious Guy Savoy’s among others – is a cuisine of products, made from what the Chef finds at local markets daily. Dishes are generous, full of scents and flavours... What Daniel really enjoys is paying tribute to his products of fine quality, that you will only find at the best producers’, and then turning the product into a final dish that is full of flavours. Of course his restaurant has become the place to be on the Côte d’Azur...
