At the heart of the Andaine Forest, the walls of this former hunting relay tell a beautiful story, that of this family home that has been welcoming gourmets and those who love nature and authenticity since 1984. Before taking a seat in the dining room, guests like taking a stroll in the big park, discovering a pool, a tennis court and some little secret passages. The reception area, with its classic yet modern charm, is illuminated by beige and off white tones. Stone walls, delicate crockery and attentive service give this little cocoon a touch of romanticism and refinement. An intimate atmosphere that couples really enjoy. Le Manoir du Lys* also offers a series of rooms that are perfect for a banquet, a family gathering or a business meal! The Chef, Franck Quinton, grew up at Manoir du Lys* and he worked at Lutétia in Paris before coming home to the family establishment where he is now working his magic with love and passion. His gourmet cuisine is from the region, but it has some very welcome creative touches to it too. Flavours, scents, everything is important to our Chef, and that is precisely why his cuisine is so influenced by nature when he creates, invents and offers new dishes.
In all simplicity he just loves to please his guests, and with a tasting menu by ideal gourmet, he offers a gourmet escape at the heart of charming and poetic natural surroundings.
