It is in an authentic 19th century brasserie building that Armelle and Jean Constant, who also own the Chartreuse hotel, have chosen to welcome you at La Distillerie, their magnificent restaurant. First the décor: Scottish curtains, vaulted ceiling, elegant tables, benches and seats in light wood... Nothing is lacking in this interior, proud of its traditional aspects. The décor is simple, well thought through and you will no doubt feel good there, relaxed and open to new experiences.
Same thing for the kitchen, where the Chef prepares dishes that are full of flavours, in the purest French brasserie tradition. His compositions are of a rare quality, and this young promising Chef invites you to rediscover traditional recipes that are all huge successes.
