Built on the former site of the Minimes Convent, a charming island at the heart of Bois de Vincennes is home to Le Chalet de la Porte Jaune, Baron Haussmann designed it. In 1860 he has it built as a hunting stop for the Imperial Court, Emperess Eugénie is behind the request. As for the name, it is a reminder of a similar pavilion located in the Bois de St Cloud, a former official residence for the court, called Chalet de la Porte Jaune as well. It is now a historic monument and has been entirely restored recently, now offering different dining rooms and spaces, welcoming up to 1500 people. The site itself is truly exceptional, on the Minimes island, in the Bois de Vincennes and a few minutes only away from down town Paris.

OUR CUSTOMERS SAID
"An e mail just to tell you how pleasantly surprised I was by your service’s quick reaction. When I got your e mail telling me the invitation was being sent to my guests, they already had it! I had bought the gift on Wednesday afternoon, and was quite surprised it had already arrived on the Thursday morning!"
