L’Auberge de Tavel is definitely one of them. Settled between Orange and Avignon, Roman and Romanesque Provence, this restaurant likes surprising its guests. This old village school has kept its charm of yesteryears: village stones, exposed wooden beams. The lavender-blue shutters and the elegant decoration add a lovely note reminding us of the South... strolling in the flower garden, daydreaming next to the pool, everything is allowed at L’Auberge de Tavel!
