with a Great Chef
After ten years spent with Joël Robuchon, Dominique Cécillon took over the kitchens of the well known « Prince de Galles » hotel and gets 15/20 and two hats from the Gault & Millau guide.
A man of passion and tradition, Dominique wishes to share his science and his talent and he launches his innovative concept: « Académie Cinq Sens »
Ideally located at the heart of the magnificent Village Royal, a few minutes away from the Madeleine church, the Académie offers a beautiful and friendly space.
The kitchen can welcome up to 25 apprentices and is equipped with the most modern utensils and tools. The furniture is very comfortable, both visually and practically. The equipment is professional and allows a better understanding of modern methods; the most prestigious brands are represented. It is easy to be aesthetic here as well, the compositions being presented in a vast choice of Guy Degrenne crockery.
Pierre-Dominique Cécillon welcomes you with smiles, patience and friendliness and offers a unique introduction, according to your preferences and inspirations.
Among friends, family or business team, this Adventure creates links between you round a passion that will no doubt amaze you… and the simplicity of it all is truly surprising… Just like his Art, Pierre-Dominique is a simple man, who explains things putting his whole heart into it.
Once the compositions are finished, you will taste them in the friendly atmosphere of a “table d’hôte”.
This is a journey for your senses, commented and orchestrated by a talented guide, an adventure of taste where you are the actors… a unique privilege of taste found for you by ideal gourmet.

"An e mail just to tell you how pleasantly surprised I was by your service’s quick reaction. When I got your e mail telling me the invitation was being sent to my guests, they already had it! I had bought the gift on Wednesday afternoon, and was quite surprised it had already arrived on the Thursday morning!"
