The stars shine and one of them is most certainly there to protect Château d’Audrieu, a beautiful historic establishment at the heart of Normandie.
It is in the historic monument category, and the history is quite ancient. It was built by sieur Percy, who happened to be William the Conqueror’s personal cook, and that history has lived on after the second world war, after the battle of Normandy. It is really the best Relais et Château now if you want to visit the Normandy Beaches or discover the Mont St Michel. The establishment really has all its historic personality left, offering a very château-like personality, even if the façade we see today is from the XVIIIth century. A very elegant décor, sober, welcoming all types of guests.
The cuisine is extremely delicate and inventive. This is true gourmet cuisine, with all the refinement, quality and talent that requires, because of course there is no gourmet restaurant without a great Chef. And that is Olivier Barbarin, he is in charge here, and your taste buds will no doubt be pleased about that. A huge gourmet experience is awaiting you.
Château d’Audrieu is located at the heart of beautiful French style gardens, it is a prestigious place providing you with attentionate yet simple welcome. Beautiful décor, full of history, almost lyrical gourmet cuisine, that is the programme of your night here.
Ideal gourmet offers a menu that changes according to the seasons, your wishes...
