Located in Mandelieu la Napoule, between Cannes and Saint Raphaël, this establishment looking like a neo gothic villa is really an address where you should stop on the French Riviera. If you enter this little gourmet paradise, as a gourmet you will be charmed immediately by the refinement and the sophistication of the place. The décor is transparent, different types of spaces mix harmoniously. The main dining room offers a Southern ambiance and it opens up to the patio, in harmony with the exotic garden. When the night falls, lanterns hanging in the trees and candles on the tables give you a unique atmosphere. Hosts then gather in the salon on the first floor to enjoy liqueur and relax by the fire place. Seminars, banquets and romantic dinners truly have their place here. L’Oasis** was created in 1954 by Louis Outhier, and since 1991 it is in the expert hands of Stéphane and François Raimbault. Chef and pastry Chef, they have learnt their trade with some great Chefs, both in Paris and in Japan. Their younger brother Antoine joins them a few years later, helping Stéphane in the kitchen, and giving this restaurant a warm soul, family like and friendly. The Chef’s cuisine reflects his quest to offer flavours that are always more harmonious, more subtle. Passionate, he really puts his soul into his menu, enriching it from month to month with new flavor combinations. His know how comes directly from French gourmet traditions and particularly from the Mediterranean, and it is inspired by the nine years his spent in Asia. His is a master and an artist and Stéphane Raimbault is on the Provence markets every morning to find fresh products from the region full of flavours for his guests. With the ideal gourmet tasting menu, he invites guests to enjoy the pleasures of Fusion food.
