We are in fact in a former hunting lodge, dating back to the 16th century, in the heart of a 13 hectare parc, in the Bourgogne region, surrounded by vineyards.
The Chef, René Pianetti, was formed by Ducasse, Maximin and Jouteux, and he certainly knows how to work with products from the region in an original way and in a magnificent décor. It is a joyful kind of cuisine, presenting a pleasant compromise between adaptation to the seasons and modernity.
The ideal gourmet menu, composed especially for you by the Chef, will no doubt charm you and take you on a journey through his many talents.
The settings are truly harmonious and are perfect for a candle-lit dinner, as well as for a family meal or a business lunch. As soon as the weather allows, you can enjoy a meal on the terrace by the pool and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and a panoramic view of the parc. It would have been a real shame if such a place did not exist, and even more of a shame if you did not come here to enjoy it!
