And the good taste is also to be found in the kitchen, where Louis Michel is in charge. This talented Chef learnt his art at the school of the well known Réserve de Beaulieu. Thirty years in the business have allowed him to create a personality of his own, it has certainly developed his taste for what is good... After a restaurant experience in Normandy, the couple is now back in its region of origin, and your taste buds will certainly not be those to complain! Louis’ cuisine is apparently very simple, but it is really a new interpretation of French traditions, with personal touches that are sometimes very pleasantly surprising.
