When Sébastien and Eglantine Desrousseaux decide to settle down here they choose the location of their restaurant with care and they decide to not settle for the touristy heart of town. They choose a place across the street from the sea, at the end of the beach and the lucky guests will enjoy a stop full of peace and quiet. As for the deco, Eglantine chose warm colours that reflect her personality, nothing is left to chance, white table cloths, crockery that is a pleasure for the eyes and a pleasure to use. There is a friendly atmosphere here in this charming place. The light is generous and that is a joy for your eyes who will be able to enjoy the nice paintings you will find on the walls. As for the cuisine Sébastien Desrousseaux is very creative while maintaining his fidelity to classic cuisine. He managed to bring back many inspirations from his stays at L'Huitrière in Lille and other famous restaurants. Now he is at home and he welcomes guests with the desire of pleasing all demanding taste buds, whether they belong to local gourmets who are already regulars or to tourists...
