La Fine Fourchette is a gourmet stop in historic Normandie.
Located in Falaise, at the heart of town and across from the pretty municipal gardens and château de la Fresnay, it is perfect for a romantic dinner or for a banquet, a wedding or even a business meal, thanks to the large dining room. When you drive across town, you cannot miss this beautiful stone building dating back to the 1950’s. It is a light and happy building, nice décor, tasteful mix of furniture and old style stones. The light wooden beams give the tone to the whole place, and along with curtains and the use of fabric, a certain atmosphere is created! We are clearly in an elegant house of Falaise. The hostess works hard to welcome guests and serve them in the best of ways while the Chef, who has been working here for 30 years, offers modern cuisine. He wished to compose an ideal gourmet menu presenting the specialties of the house, according to everyone’s wishes and to the season. This is an inventive Chef, always renewing his creations, selecting his products that are always of excellent quality. That is also what made the reputation of this local institution.
We can also note a very nice price, an ideal gourmet favourite!
