We entered with a bit of hesitation because the façade
is not really welcoming but no less than 9 smiles were waiting
for us inside!
Appetizers, discoveries, marvellous moments, warm and cold
agg, lobster, really a pleasure!
We really liked what the sommelier suggested, a series of
discoveries and everybody played the guessing game.
Alain Passard is really a great chef, he likes to share his
passion, a mix of talents and simplicity, he goes around in
the restaurant, talks to everyone and those are wonderful
gourmet moments.
