Welcome to Chartres where Le Tripot is ready to welcome all gourmets !
At the heart of the old parts of town, this building is truly full of history. In 1533 you would already find an establishment called Le Tripot de Jérusalem here, a famous address. Centuries have passed, and it is still as popular! On the door you can find an inscription in Latin dating back to the Renaissance, it means “Those who want to fight, keep out”. Nice story...!
Charm and authenticity are preserved and guests discover a friendly and classic décor. Tables are set with great care and service is discreet and smiling. You can have a very nice moment here. With your family or with friends, for a business luncheon or a romantic dinner, Le Tripot is truly an address you should not miss.
As for the menu, the Chef offers authentic cuisine here. He takes what is best in traditions: quality products chosen according to the season for their flavours and scents. Upon reading the menu, guests will have their curiosity awakened. The hardest is in fact to make a choice here: between land and sea, everyone can pick what they prefer.

non nous sommes très satisfaits mais la seule chose qui nous a surpris c'est d'avoir eu un menu je cite "spéciale idéale gourmet" et non pas la carte du restaurant. qui proposait des menus plus copieux...
