Le Foch

Reims is a beautiful and historic town and it is certainly worth a stop.
It is the town where French emperors were crowned. So one will not be surprised to learn that this town closely linked to French history welcomes a gourmet restaurant at its heart: Le Foch. Jacky Louazé is originally from a little village close to Le Mans and he decided to settle in the Champagne region to express his art and talent. His wife Corinne is from the region and is of course in part responsible for that choice. The inhabitants of Reims are all the happier for it of course and the couple is in perfect harmony to welcome their guests in the best of ways. Being from the Sarthe region, Jacky Louazé worked in some well known establishments where he gained in know how and inventiveness: Tour d’Argent, Relais Sainte Jeanne, Pétrus on place Péreire in Paris where the young Chef gives life to the famous clay bar. The establishment owes its reputation to it! Now Jacky and Corinne have been at Le Foch for 10 years, fully satisfying local customers who are demanding and attentive. The décor is classic, very pleasant with a number of modern touches giving this embassy of gourmet cuisine a most welcome friendliness. Note that there is a pleasant room at the back of the restaurant with a view out to a garden. Corinne Louazé is permanently on the outlook for details that could be missing in the dining room, nothing is left to chance. Her choices as for the setting of the tables are excellent as is her advice when it comes to choosing the best wine to go with your dishes. She knows how to taste wine better than anyone and local wine growers respect her judgement. The ideal gourmet menu was composed by the Chef especially for you, it will allow you to discover the most demanded creations. From appetizers to dessert everything is delicious and inventive.
